IEEE SA and Wall Street Blockchain Alliance (WSBA) Collaborate to Present an Educational Networking Event on the Opportunities and Considerations for Blockchain Standards in Financial Services
On Thursday 20 July 2017, IEEE SA and the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance (WSBA) will present an educational networking event, to discuss the importance of standards in blockchain to address some of the challenges with the technology’s adoption for financial and other industry enterprise.
Discussion topics will include:
- What role must standards play in ensuring interoperability between multiple DLT/Blockchain implementations?
- How does industry create standards to address the security, resilience, privacy and data governance in a DLT/Blockchain world?
- Standards and the impact on digital identity management.
- Is the time right for standards related to the technical aspects of DLT/Blockchain?
This Blockchain Standards discussion is an opportunity for senior industry participants to meet with thought leaders at the forefront of blockchain adoption across multiple industries, and is sure to be a thought provoking evening.
